According to the Construction Law the examination
procedure consists of two phases:
I – verification of documents presented by the
candidate that are required by the ordinance
II – two-part written exam:
A candidate who wants to take the exam has to
present to the Minister the following documents not later than 30
days before the date of the exam:

application for the exam
-
certified copy of a Master of Science diploma
-
filled out questionnaire that is annexed to the
ordinance
-
declaration stating that the candidate has no
criminal record
-
document confirming course completion
-
receipt for the examination fee for the first
phase
Attention – in the case of women whose last name
figures differently on documents, a copy of marriage certificate is
required.
