general audit is a study defining the scope and technical and
economic conditions of thermomodernization undertaking, pointing to
an optimal solution, especially from the point of view of costs and
energy efficiency, providing the basis for the construction design.
According to the Act on supporting thermomodernization and renovation, presentation of
energy/renovation audit of the building is a necessary condition to
receive the Thermomodernization/Renovation bonus.
