What is a general audit?


A general audit is a study defining the scope and technical and economic conditions of thermomodernization undertaking, pointing to an optimal solution, especially from the point of view of costs and energy efficiency, providing the basis for the construction design.

According to the Act on supporting thermomodernization and renovation, presentation of energy/renovation audit of the building is a necessary condition to receive the Thermomodernization/Renovation bonus.


Energy/renovation audit is a study describing the scope and technical and economic parameters of the thermomodernization undertaking, showing the optimal solution from the perspective of cost-effectiveness of the undertaking and/or energy savings, which provide guidelines for construction design.

Cost of performing energy audit

The price is agreed upon individually with each client, based on the following factors:

  • availability of technical documentation,

  • building localization,

  • cubature,

  • building’s function.
