Objectives
The
overall goal of the project is to develop strategies and technical,
legal, institutional, and financial instruments that promote and
enable energy efficient refurbishment of residential buildings in the
Baltic Sea Region, focusing on multi-storey buildings erected between
1950 and 1990.
Results
1. Reducing energy loss and CO2
emissions.
2.
Introdicing a comprehensive strategy for energy efficient
refurbishment (EER).
3.
Creating effective legal and administrative structures.
