The Act introduces the
term of Compensational bonus that can be paid out to a natural person
who on 25 April 2005 was an owner of or a heir to a residential
building (or became a heir after this day) with at least one council
flat.
This bonus is earmarked
for paying back part of the loan contracted for the renovation (of a
single or multiple dwelling).
