Loans
for investments realized in the framework of the Act are granted by
commercial banks that have signed an appropriate co-operation
agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
The
loans are commercial, so the interest rate, required guarantees,
payments and provisions are determined by the banks and can differ.
