Renovation undertakings

The undertakings can be considered under renovation audit if they improve the building’s technical condition and cannot be realized under the Thermomodernization bonus, ex.:

  • replacement of lifts,

  • renovation of staircases,

  • wiring replacement.

The loan contracted for thermomodernization cannot be used to finance:

  • renovation of rooms, except for replacement of windows or renovation of balconies (in multiple dwellings);

  • works resulting in increasing the building’s usable floor area;

  • works that:

-are contracted under another loan that has received Thermomodernization or Renovation bonus;

-received funding from the budget of the European Union.
